1) Acceptance of these Terms

By creating a MageGamers.com account or using member features, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 13+ (or older if your local law requires). If under 18, you must have a parent/guardian’s consent.
Keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity on your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts at our discretion.

3) Community Standards

We’re a mature, supportive gaming community. You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or target others; use hate speech or slurs.
Share pornographic, excessively violent, or doxxing content.
Post spam, scams, or deceptive promotions.
Encourage or showcase cheating, hacks, or exploits in multiplayer games.
Impersonate others or misuse trademarks.
Violate laws or others’ rights (copyright, privacy, publicity, etc.).

We may remove content or limit/suspend accounts that break these rules.

4) Streaming Verification & Display

To be eligible for display in the MageGamers Live player:

Add the line “Proud member of MageGamers.com xxxx” to your Twitch About Me (replace xxxx with your unique code from our Verification page).
Keep this line visible. We periodically recheck; removing or altering it may revoke eligibility.
Verification confirms channel control; it does not guarantee promotion, placement, or visibility. We may rotate, prioritize, or remove listings at our discretion (e.g., quality, compliance, availability).
By verifying, you allow us to display your public stream embeds, avatar, name, game title, and metadata and to use screenshots/thumbnails to represent your stream within MageGamers.com.
5) Your Content & License

You retain ownership of your content. By posting, uploading, or connecting content to MageGamers.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the site and promotions of the site/community.

6) Third-Party Services

We integrate with services like Twitch and YouTube. Their own terms apply to your use of those platforms. MageGamers.com isn’t responsible for third-party availability, changes, or actions.

7) Prohibited Technical Uses

Don’t scrape, data-mine, reverse engineer, overload the site, bypass security, or use bots to fake engagement. Don’t upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.

8) Moderation & Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend/terminate accounts with or without notice for violations or risk to the community/site. We decide what counts as a violation in our reasonable judgment.

9) Disclaimers

MageGamers.com is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee uptime, accuracy, or any particular results (including viewers, followers, or revenue).

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MageGamers.com and its owners, partners, and affiliates won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MageGamers.com and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12) Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we’ll post the update date and, when appropriate, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in those courts unless another method (e.g., arbitration) is mutually agreed.
